Içli olandan ziyade boş olanı daha çok seviyorum "etli yapıştırma" deriz... kurabiye kalıplarıyla da şekil verdim çiçek çiçek daha afilli oldu😄😄 ölçüye gelince 💛750 gr köftelik ince bulgur, 200 gr yağsız iyice çekilmiş kuzu kıyma, 5-6 kaşık irmik kullandım bu defa Tuz karabiber Iç harcı için 350-400 gr orta yağlı kuzu kıyma, 5-6 orya boy soğan Tuz karabiber pul biber 💚Önce kıyma ve soğan zeytinyağında iyice kavrulur maydanoz tuz pul biber ve karabiber eklenir soğumaya bırakılır. 💙Köftelik malzemeler eti hariç hepsi su ilave edilerek ıslatılır... Islattığınız köfte yoğrulmaya başlanır kıyması eklenir, ara ara kontrollü su eklenerek iyice yoğrulur... 🧡Köfteler açılıp içi konur ve kapatılır... yapıştırma için, köfte hamuru 1 cm kalınlığında yuvarlaklar yapılır, hepsi kızgın yağda kızartılır... 💗Köfteler yumuşak olsun isterseniz kapaklı bir kapta bektin, yok çıtır olsun derseniz üzerini açık tutun... Legumes esta semana já não havia… Havia sobre de peixe no forno com legumes cozidos para o Lourenço… Por sorte havia este queijinho que fez o nosso jantar feliz… Não é a opção mais saudável, mas SOUBE-NOS À VIDA!! (adoro esta expressão) (e é uma ótima entrada para jantares de amigos) . Vamos lá à receitinha – tenho 2 versões que habitualmente costumo fazer Receita duns amigos • 1 queijo camembert (ou brie) • Fio de azeite • Fio de xarope de tâmaras (ou mel) • Alecrim (ou tomilho) • Romã . Retirar a tampa do queijo, colocar tudo (exceto o alecrim e a romã) levar ao forno a dourar. . Outra receitinha (a minha preferida) • 1 queijo camembert (ou brie) • Nozes (ou amêndoas) • Fio de xarope de tâmaras (ou mel) • Fio de azeite Retirar a “tampa” do queijo, colocar tudo levar ao forno a dourar. .
