  • BBQ Paneer Slider It's barbecued. It's cheesy. So it has to be perfect. This BBQ Paneer Slider is a true treat to those 3000 taste-buds. . . . BBQ Paneer Slider Ingredients: Paneer- 150 Gms Barbecue Sauce- 2 Tbsp Garlic- 1 Tsp Salt Black Pepper Powder- ½ Tbsp Chilli Flakes- ½ Tsp Pav- 4 Melted Butter Flavored Butter Pav Barbecued Paneer Onion Cheese- Coriander Black Pepper Powder Salt Chilli Flakes Flavored Butter Method: To make flavored butter Butter Finely Chopped Garlic Chilly Flakes Parsley Lime Crushed Black Pepper Powder Mix all the above mentioned ingredients to make the flavored butter. For the main Dish: Take a bowl and add the paneer pieces to it. Pour in the Barbecue sauce. Add in the chopped garlic, salt, black pepper powder, chilli flakes and mix it all. Make sure the paneer pieces are well coated. Take a loaf of pan and cut them in half and set it aside Take a pan and add some melted butter. Place the paneer coated in sauce. Let it cook and coat them with the remaining sauce. Once done, take a pan and put some flavored butter on it. Add some more flavored butter on the pav. Place the barbecued paneer, onion slices, cheese, coriander, salt and pepper powder. Add some chilli flakes and spread some flavored butter on the pav. Cover the pan with a lid and wait till the pav is toasted.   • Don't be afraid of...carbs! Trying to listen to my body better these days and not deprive myself of what I really want- a big ol' plate of spaghetti bolognese. Yes, this is a big plate of processed carbs (mostly stripped from its bran, nutrients, and fiber) but is there any reason to be afraid of it and over judge yourself? Made with homemade tomato sauce with the ripest tomatoes -comfort food really doesn't get any better than this for me. Most days I'm packing in the quinoa salads and green smoothies, so when hunger strikes and all I want is delicious pasta, no guilty feelings over here 💁🏽. -Stephanie #modernflourish

Say, if you are frying some food and have brought the oil at smoking point, ensure that you do not use it for frying again. Use for other purposes like tadka or sauteing which does not need the oil to reach its smoking point. . ▪ If you want to preserve the oil, first let it cool down, then filter all the food particles from the oil and store it in an air tight glass container. If you do not filter the particles, chances are your oil may get rancid as you cook. . ▪ Seal the container and store it in a cool and dry place and consume it within a month's time. . ▪If you are looking at re-using the oil again, check for its degradation. Some of the signs of degradation may include foam on the surface, a rancid odour, thick texture and a dark and murky appearance. . ▪ if you happen to start heating the same oil and it smokes before it reaches the desired frying temperature, it may not be good to re-use. . ▪Lastly, make sure you are careful about how much oil is being used in the first place, so there isn't too much left over anyway.
