We’ve passed the half way mark in January already and apart from the last week it’s flown! Anybody else feel like they’ve blinked and nearly missed January or do you feel like it’s January 72nd?
Anyways, statistically only 8% of people stick to their New Years Resolutions and that’s pretty bad right? There’s just so much pressure to set all these crazy goals. I started my ‘resolution’ last year around October time. I always find this works better for me. For once it wasn’t a ‘get skinny fast using this fad and that fad’ it was actually a complete lifestyle overhaul.
Drink more water, exercise every day and to sort out my food intake. I’m all about balance and I’ve found that balancing my macros works for me. That’s why post gym when I’m grabbing a quick lunch before I sit down to do work I choose @ww.uk . For less than 400 calories I can choose a delicious meal from Chilli con Carne with wedges to Spicy mac and meatballs or Thai red curry to this Chicken Tikka. They’re ready quickly which is great as I’m short on time, always, and they are low in fat, especially saturates and of course work well with my macro counting.
It’s a lifestyle not a diet hun 🙌🏼 Have you tried the Weight Watchers Freshly Prepared range yet? If so what’s your favourite?

Last night I tried the @wickedhealthy Margherita Sourdough Pizza 🍕 for the first time! This has just the right amount of cheese 🧀 and is the perfect size for one person. I love the basil dressing which reminded me of green pesto🌿😻
Is there anything more comforting than a good old fashioned bowl of spaghetti pomodoro? It’s one of my favorite things to whip up on a cold rainy night. I like mine topped with crushed red pepper flakes for a little bit of heat. How about you?
"The Aroma That Lasts A Lifetime"
Nothing really quite starts like pieces of freshly baked bread. Savory gougères (was surprised that they were made with Gruyère cheese which reminds me of my sweet journey in a quaint town with same name in September 2017) and other arrays of french and scottish bread. Ah! There's always that aroma of bread that makes you cozy and keeps you going. And creates a lasting memory. ⭐️⭐️⭐️🇬🇧
