  • Частота тренировок: почему 3 и кому больше? 🔹 3 силовые тренировки в неделю - Идеально👌 Это позволит вам сохранить мотивацию к занятиям, когда процесс в кайф😃👍 А перерывы в 1-2 дня полностью восстановят микроповреждения мышц, нервную, эндокринную и иммунную систему 🔹4 и более - это для продвинутых ребят😎 так как возникает риск недовосстановления систем организма, что приводит к переутомлению и ослаблению иммуннитета. Здесь надо быть аккуратным😉 🔹 Ну а если уж очень хочется больше, то добавляйте тренировки разной физической активности и чередуйте их между собой. 45 мин. йоги или 30 мин. плавания прекрасно разбавят ваш тренировочный процесс😁 . P.S. Восстановление после тренировки не менее важный процесс, чем сама тренировка😉

  • Death by Squats today. Go by percentage of max. Save it! . 35% for 10. 55% for 8. 70% for 5. 80% for 3. 85% for 2. 90% for 1. . After that, box squat your way out of it by dropping plates with reps until failure. . For example, my 90% was with 365 so I did a couple box squat reps and then dropped 25s and did 315 for reps until failure. . Immediately after 315 I dropped to 225 and did reps until failure and then down to 135, reps until failure. . On box squats SIT down completely taking all the tension off from your legs for about one second and then EXPLODE UP out of the sitting position. . Feels good to start getting the legs back.
