First vs last set. Squats scare me, guys. My knee has been bad almost my whole life from a childhood injury and despite the fact that it is 100x better now that I have been working out it is still habit to baby it lol. So I have trouble with depth. Plus I injured my hamstring and I am still kinda babying that. What the hell! Haha but I am trying to be patient so I dont just injure it further so I admittedly havent been pushing legs as hard as I could. It is VERY frustrating, but you just gotta be good to yourself and let things pass 😊
