This is me, just plain old me...it’s taken me a life time to get here...but I love me!
Now I’m not sure what people think of the way I look after having children but I just want to make a disclaimer that....this is not good genetics, this did not just happen.
I have never been huge but I grew up quiet chubby and then yo yo’d my way through high school. Not healthy I know, I hated how I looked and hated how I felt.
Ever since I turned 17 I have been obsessed some may say, to this healthy lifestyle I live...but it wasn’t until I had children that I found a respect that grew into a love for myself and my body.
I feel great, I like how I look and I’m addicted to being this way. I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been.
I still eat my ice cream almost every single night, I still dive into hot chips occasionally...basically if I want something I will have it BUT 9 times out of 10 I don’t want the hot chips because feeling good feels way to good!
This post is not just for those with weight loss goals, this post is for anyone who has any goal that may seem unreachable I want you to know...it is achievable and don’t give up until you get there 💪

Leider kann ich euch nicht viele Tips hierzu geben.
Es ist bei mir einfach Veranlagung. 🤷🏼♀️
Oft hat es nichts mit Ernährung oder Training zu tun.
Einen kleinen Tip von mir gibt es allerdings doch. ☝🏻
Wer so eine ⏳ Figur erreichen möchte, kann es gern mal mit einer Corsage von @maskateer.austria versuchen. Ich denke dass sich hiermit auf Dauer gute Ergebnisse erzielen lassen. 💙

PROGRESS REPORT || Where it happened... .
4 small stairs...no big deal 💁♀️ Busy running around the house, occupied with cleaning up, getting ready for work, listening to kids play, organising dinner ... 50 things going through my mind at once, trying to complete about 10 of them at once. .

It absolutely is for probably EVERY.MUM.I.KNOW! .
Blindsided by what was happening around me, I walked down stairs as one of the kids called for me, missed the bottom step and that was it. Heard a crack, I could move my foot. A wake up call for me to SLOW DOWN!
This happened November 14, 2018. 4 weeks in a moon boot and the recovery is SLOW! But today was my first day back at the gym and my first week back to my “normal” regime. It feels soooooo good to be doing something again. My mindset was in a bad place and it was affecting all aspects of life. Sounds silly to a lot of you I’m sure. .
I’ve been told I won’t be able to do the Hamilton Island Hilly Half Marathon, which those of you who know me well, know that is my favourite event of the year. However, I’ll possibly be able to do it as a team! Still not allowed to run or even even jump yet, but am allowed to do leg work and start doing some heavier weighted exercises, which is different training to what I’ve ever done, but I am loving it! .
My mindset is in a much better place now to 3 weeks ago when I was really starting to believe there wasn’t a hope I’d ever be able to run again and why bother ... you know, the usual negative talk we tell ourselves when we try to justify quitting ... .
I am seeing true progress and I can feel it in my bones that I will achieve what I’ve set out to! Onwards and up!!!

Pokud snídáte a přemýšlíte, jak tam správně zakomponovat hodně zeleniny, tak tady je malá ukázka.
Plněné papriky tvarohovou pomazánkou se sýrem a mrkví. A je vlastně úplně jedno jestli to v malém bude snídaně nebo ve velkém oběd či večeře. Když přidáte třeba volské oko, ořechy a avokádo, k tomu žitný chléb (kdo neni LC), máte nutričně vyvážený hlavní chod.

After being curled up half the day in bed, then an hour waiting in a doctors surgery, I was able to go a little nuts buying goodies for my hospital bag, getting my nails done & making my first ‘biggish’ purchase for bub: a bassinet😍 now I’m back in bed lol, tomorrow will be a good day🤗 @cottononbody

Progress of a different kind 🌟
On the left I’m cutting for a comp - on the right I’m eating in a calorie surplus and well into my “off season”. I’m ok with gaining some fat, which for me is all on the legs. I know I need to make some serious gains before my next comp.

Been working on dis boot for what feels like a lifetime and still not where I’d like to be.. glutes till death 😅🤘🏽⚰️ (1st pic is like 4/5 years ago) I’m very slowly noticing some lift and growth after years of hard work (pregnancy sure slowed me down ALOT) but I’m determined and putting in a lot of hard work, it definitely does not happen overnight, or even over months, it takes years to build a booty so don’t give up! Genetics definitely do NOT play in my favour when it comes to growing glute muscles.. I’m quad and hamstring dominant so it’s been fun mixing up my training to target these stubborn glutes. Some of my favourite glute exercises atm are: hip abduction variations, bb hip thrusts, kneeling bb squats and lateral band walks just to name a few 👌🏽💯 #bootyinprogress
