  • УПРАЖНЕНИЕ НА СИСИ . Жим штанги лёжа в раме смита . Лично я применяю это упражнение в конце тренировки, для того чтобы хорошо добить мышцы и как следует их прожать . -Ставим скамью с не большим наклоном ровно под штангу строго по центру -Берем V-образную ручку (как на видео) -Если ваша штанга с противовесом, то начинаем килограмм с 10-15, отлично подходит для новичков, так как их рабочие веса не большие. Если противовеса нет, то делаем с пустым грифом -Ложимся, Берем V-образную ручку и подбираем себе удобный угол и жмём -Делаем 3х15 - это отлично прожмет ваши грудные и даст дополнительный стресс ‼️ВАЖНО‼️ Важно, чтобы работали именно грудные, поэтому нужно подобрать правильную высоту или правильно угол, для того чтобы ваш трицепс был задействован минимально и работали грудные . Не расстраивайтесь, если не получится с первого раза, здесь нужно прочувствовать движение того, как сокращаются грудные, если не чувствуете, то сместите рукоять либо чуть выше, либо чуть ниже . Возможно, в первое время вы будите чувствовать трицепс или переднюю дельту, ничего страшного, все равно старайтесь делать упор грудными и подбирайте правильный угол .   • CHOCOLATE protein peanut butter cups | You’re welcome 😉 Ingredients: 1/2 cup virgin coconut oil, softened 2 scoops 100% Giant Whey Protein in Double Chocolate 1/2 cup salted smooth peanut butter 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa / cacao powder 2 tablespoons honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 12 drops liquid Stevia Preparation: Fill a mini-muffin tray with 24 liners; set aside. In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each muffin liner. Place the muffin tray in the fridge for 45-60 minutes or until the fudge firms up. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 week .. but we doubt they’ll last that long 😍 #massmackay #giantsports #peanutbutter
