  • I'm so happy that I started working out 🙏🏼 being in shape makes me feel good, physically and mentally. Feeling strong & powerful in my body & mind 💜💪🏼 I'm addicted to the results, because it's amazing to see your hard work pays off! I remember doing cardio & squatting without weight before for months, but never got the results I wanted. It was so unsatisfying and therefore demotivating to even go to the gym. 😩 When I discovered weightlifting.. a world opened up for me!🙃 I realised you can actually get the results you want, and it doesn't have to cost a fortune. We can build our bodies with our physical & mental power, so how amazing is it that fitness supports both of these? 💪🏼😏 Main point: we got this boys n gals, it's not impossible to achieve anything. We can get it done 💁🏼‍♀️

  • 💗Repost from JSCULPT™ Fitness CEO, @itssimplyjackson 💗 - Whew Chile I can feel the weight in the first pic 🤭 I was the heaviest I’d ever been in life; roughly 190 pounds! My body composition has always placed weight in the “right” places but I’m only 5’2 and I began to have health problems from carrying all of that weight on me. - I had trouble breathing, sleeping & back problems were the norm for me. I became used to feeling bad. My diet was horrific and not only played a role in my weight gain but also my battle with depression. Truthfully it was the lowest point of my life and that time was when I completely stopped filming for my YouTube channel because I hated the way I looked on camera 😞 - Many of you are new to my page, finding me at @jsculptfitness or on YouTube (THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT #jsculptbabe) but it’s important that you know that although this journey was long it was SO WORTH IT! - We’re 14 days into 2019 and many of you are already sliding 😞 don’t do it to yourself! Nothing ever worth really having will come easy to you. The time is gonna pass anyway! You don’t wanna look up a year later saying 2020 is when you’ll get it together. Get up & focus on your goals RIGHT NOW! Your health & overall happiness depends on it! - PS: forgive all of the watermarks 😒 the Instagram feds be watching... AND stealing.

MONDAY 🍑 + TRIs 1️⃣ Bulgarian Splitsquats with dumbbells 2️⃣ Bench dips 3️⃣ Abductors 4️⃣ Lat pulldowns 5️⃣ Deadlifts ☠️ 6️⃣ 2 mile run . Just had to do that 2 mile run in my new @brooks #revels. Worth it.   • I probably could’ve came up with a long list of excuses to skip the gym today. “I got 2 hours of sleep last night”, “my legs are absolutely dead from yesterday’s workout”, “my daughter threw up on me from overloading on spaghetti at daycare”, “the gym is packed on Monday’s”...etc,etc. Instead I looked at where I’m at with my goals and told myself that there is zero time for excuses. In order to be where I want to be I have to overcome the thoughts in my head telling me it’s okay to push my goals to the side. It’s all about how badly you want it. It’s ultimately up to you and only you to get there. So are you going to keep letting the excuses in your head keep stopping you from chasing your goals, or are you going to be mentally strong enough to block those negative thoughts out and get your ass up and do whatever it takes to be where you want to be 😈💪🏼

Cuando uno mira... ya no sabemos más por dónde andan nuestros amigos. Cuando uno mira... perdimos al amor de nuestra vida y ahora, es tarde ya para volver atrás. No dejes de hacer algo que te gusta por falta de tiempo. No dejes de tener alguien a tu lado, porque tus hijos pronto no serán tuyos, y tendrás que hacer algo con ese tiempo que resta, en donde lo único que vamos a extrañar será el espacio que solo se puede disfrutar con los amigos de siempre. Ese tiempo que, lamentablemente, no vuelve jamás. Es preciso eliminar “el después”... Después te llamo. Después lo hago. Después lo digo. Después yo cambio.
