I’m not as “fit” as I used to be🤷🏼♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I don’t have as much muscle right now as I used to, but that’s okay! I’m finally feeling SO good mentally lately after not feeling like myself this past year, and I’m so dang excited to finally comeback in the gym better than ever 💪🏼☺️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3 surgeries later and not being able to workout for over a year, I’ve taken this time to realize that anything and everything you go through is a learning experience! And you will come out such a different (in a good way) person afterwards. So focus on what you can gain from your situations and put your faith in God✨ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’ve learned that there’s SO MUCH MORE TO LIFE than working out and having abs all year round. While it’s something that I love so much, I truly believe balance is key and this situation has allowed me to balance my mind. Life’s short. Eat the cookie. Skip the gym sometimes to hang with friends/family. Take the selfie in the gym. Post the booty pic. 🍑😜 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here’s to the new me🥂

Just a gentle reminder that if I managed to do this 👆🏽, then SO CAN YOU do whatever the hell you set your mind to 💪🏽
If I managed to escape a mental prison that held me captive for years, then you DAMN BET you can alter your mindset and be the person you wanna be. 👊🏽
If I managed to achieve probably the HARDEST THING I’ve ever done at the age of 20, then you can definitely 100% kick ass RIGHT NOW 🤟🏽💁🏽♀️
P.S. turn Post Notifications ON to keep updated with how I did it! 🙏🏽💖😁
Forever in denial that it’s winter ❤️
Thank you for 300k, it made our 7 year anniversary just that little bit sweeter 🍬☺️

Animo y recuerden nunca rendirse !! 👍🏼

FUNCTIONAL FRIDAY \\ The single leg barbell RDL 💥 is a favourite in our gym, as it can be applied to anyone from the elite to the elderly. This exercise can be performed with a band, dumbbells, a kettlebell or even without weight, and is hands down 🙌🏼 one of the most effective posterior chain strengthening exercises around!
Focus on quality over quantity when beginning the single leg RDL - form is the number ☝🏻 priority!
I have personal goals. I have business goals. They are all written out or on a Visionboard. Then I put them in places in my office and bedroom where I will see them everyday. You have to stay focused and those techniques help me. What do you do to keep your goals in front of you? #goals#business#earn#debtfree#money#vacation#exercise
Hi 👋🏼 my name is Brooke and I ate 3 pieces of chocolate today. I dont regret it one bit.
This would not have been my thought process a few years ago. I would have immediatly been anxious about how I need to go workout, how I would have been a few lbs heavier, or how I ruined my plan. I would have picked apart my body and jokingly called myself fluffy...but, I wouldnt have really been joking.
Gosh I wish I could tell the girl 3 years ago that your body is an amazing thing. The funny thing is, when i stopped worrying about how food made me gain or lose weight, and instead focused on how food made my body function/feel and how it nourished me, I got to my goal. When I stopped tracking food and obsessing over a macro or a calorie number, my body did what it was supposed to do. Instead of hating my body, I listened to it. I gave myself what my body needed at the time, I was patient with the process, and I trusted that process even when it wasnt always results. Taking a step back and remembering the healthy habits that needed to be in play before manipulating my food was one of the best things I did for myself.
Ladies, STOP IT. Stop obsessing over a number. If you have tried everything and nothing is working, I GET IT. That was me, even as a coach we struggle. Then I finally listened to the hardest advice I give majority of my clients: be patient, trust the process, and one step at a time. This is your health, its a lifetime result, not a sprint.
You got it girl. ♥️

Who else is struggling to motivate themselves during Xmas party season? 🙋
Even if it's only a quick 15 or 20 minute workout, keep moving those bodies this winter Snappers ✌️
Just a half naked guy with a dream 😎🔪 12 weeks apart, 24 lbs difference and a bit more aesthetic. Just be patient and you’ll see changes, that goes for every aspect in life. All those extra hours at the gym and dieting pay off 💪🏼 #dirtymirror
Finding 30 mins a day to get off your butt and get it wriggling will provide a multitude of benefits.
It’s versatile (you can do it anywhere), you’ll meet people, it gets you out of the office so you can decompress, it’s a great time to catch up on your fav podcast and it’s good for you!
Make sure you’ve got yourself some decent walking shoes, measure your steps (there are plenty of Apps, I use Steps) and work on engaging your core muscles as you lengthen your stride.
Go on, get your wriggle on 🚶♂️😎
Another Monday in the books. Got up early today to squeeze in an extra cardio round, and push some of the weight back up in the arm lift. Have a great Monday everyone!!!!

Another positive step: I have not felt comfortable wearing this shirt in the gym for months now. It’s small and obviously is a tank, showing a lot more of your body flaws. But I wore it today, meaning I must be feeling ok about how my progress is going 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
