Another example of the beauty that is the great southwest. This was very early on in my adventure as a part time photographer (almost 15 years ago), but I still love those piece to this day and haven't as much as cropped it since! - Shot with 55.0 - 200.0 mm Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT
There are many ways to assist earth & also raise your vibration. Begin by becoming aware of what you actually say to people. Are you building them up or bringing them down? Can you hold a higher positive vision of them? Remember this truth... whatever you focus on & point the finger at will grow & strengthen. Be conscious of this when choosing what to focus on. If you are only seeing people’s weakness & emphasising on what is wrong with them, it will grow more. What images you hold onto in your mind will be reflected back out into your reality. You hold the power to change your perception at any moment ,this your entire world. ~ Abigail Wainwright
Our mind darts from one thing to another, like a monkey swinging from branch to branch without stopping to rest. Thoughts have millions of pathways, and we are forever pulled along by them into the world of forgetfulness. If we can transform our walking path into a field for meditation, our feet will take every step in full awareness, our breathing will be in harmony with our steps, and our mind will naturally be at ease. Every step we take will reinforce our peace and joy and cause a stream of calm energy to flow through us. Then we can say, “With each step, a gentle wind blows.” ~ Thich Nhat Hanh #desertphotography#abigailwainwright#thichnhathanh#wildutah#walkingmeditation#positivevibrations#perception#monkeymind#harmony#calm#givethanksdaily
Now that I have only about 2 weeks left in Chile, I’m taking this time to remember all the beautiful memories from the past 3 years. I’ll be posting some of my old favorites that never made it to Instagram.
