lost almost all the weight i gained on the cruise 🚢

the weight difference is only 4.1 pounds, but on the left i’m food bloated bc i ate like triple of how i usually eat lollllll
so i am making progress and keeping myself motivated 😅 this week has really been something else tho, not feeling like myself but still working hard :) i currently am 6.9 pounds above my lowest weight 🙄😅

Noticing changes makes me so freaking happy. From November when i started going to the gym somewhat consistently, i have gained a lot of strength and muscle. I can see it and feel it and that makes me feel soooooooo good. It motivates me to get my butt in the gym even when i don’t want to. Consistency is 🔑! Can’t wait to see where i’m at when the #gymshark66 challenge is over 💪🏽

Who ever you spend your time with, I can tell you this much, they are either pushing you closer to your dreams or dragging you away. Thankfully, you get to decide to you choose to spend time with. .
Some of my leg workout from this week that’s had my quads feelin it ☠️ those narrow stance lunges really got me 🔥 I also warmed up with regular squats (always) and then did pin squats and some leg press variations/calf press 🙌🏼
When you stop wasting money on a gym membership you barely use & do something with predictable results 🙌🏾very proud of you Amanda! Getting over the mental hurdle of “Will this work for me?” is the hardest part👊🏿

I haven’t done any sort of strength for a whole month. I decided to take a break from training while I was away, just got back into a bit of cardio last week.
today I just did some deadlifts, squats, and leg press alongside some running. I’m telling you I will definitely feel it in the morning 🤟🏼😂😭
