// i’m learning to be comfortable in the ‘almost there’ rather than the ‘here i am’. i’m growing into the idea that it’s okay to be small somedays and loud the next. i’m finding the difference in standing tall in height and standing tall in heart. i’m discovering that i can be messy and unfinished while being a complete work of art in the same moment. i’m learning that grace and growth like to hold hands. // @jakmajor
Happy Friday my loves ✨
Weekend 😍 1 or 2 photo? 🤔
Подробности в сторис и @advent.calendar2018 ☺️
Have you been to New York during Christmas season?! I know I tell you all how much I love to travel and leave New York, but during Christmas there is no other place I’d rather be. Every street is wonderfully lit up and shops and restaurants are decked up with lights and ornaments. And for the shopaholics, there are sales everywhere 💁🏽♀️ So if you’re wondering where you should be this holiday season, how about New York? I really think you’d love it! And if not, tell me where are you spending your holidays?! Perhaps I can join you for the next one 🥰
Mediterranean vibes all the way! Well I didn’t have to hop on a plane, this hidden Italian-esque garden is located in the tri state area!

Don’t you love finding hidden gems nearby?
the Dancing House is considered one of the most valuable postmodern buildings in Prague and an important part of the Czech capital’s architecture, but there were times when it sparked a lot of controversy. The opponents of the building were convinced that the Dancing House would not fit into its surroundings, since most of the buildings in its neighbourhood are in the Art Noveau style.
There was also a great dispute about the highly unusual shape of the building, with the impression of the towers leaning. However, the Dancing House proved itself to be a true architectural gem of Prague, and today you would be hard pressed to find anyone who doesn’t like or at least accept it.
You should definitely visit the Dancing House for the fact, among other things, that this unmistakable gem of Prague’s postmodern architecture also offers a rare view of the Vltava River and Prague Castle.
Full address is Jiraskovo namesti 1981/6, 12000 Prague 2. You can get there by tram; the “Jiraskovo namesti” station is right next to the building. If you prefer the metro, you can walk just a bit from the “Karlovo namesti” station.
Opening Hours, Tickets & Entrance Fee:
There is of course no entrance fee to the building itself, and the building is open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The terrace with its amazing view is accessible via the Glass Bar.
Gallery is open every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and the entrance fee is 190 CZK.
Restaurant is open everyday from 11 a.m. to midnight.*
Glass Bar is open everyday from 10 a.m. to midnight. *praguego @jet2pics#jet2prague@cityofprague#prague#pragueworld#praguetoday#pragueblogger#praguephoto#praguetrip#darlingescapes#femmetravel#globelletravels#sheisnotlost#Londonblogger#lablogger#lainfluencer#girlsborntotravel#womenwhotravel#girlsabroad#gltlove#travelgirls#ladiesgoneglobal

Vineyards quietly basking in the sun as the summer holiday frenzy starts in Cape Town. It was a beautiful day today, really beautiful #capetownsummer

What a view! We decided to hike up to the top of the table mountain and we chose the route via Platteklip Gorge. It is a very common route so you won't be alone. It is very steep and takes about 2 zu 2,5 hours. It is absolutely a must do when in Capetown. There is no way missing out on it. My mum took the cable back down but I decided to return on the same route.

Today’s weather reminds me of Scotland, damp, chilly and foggy. The Isle of Skye, however manages to be picturesque, while New York City in these conditions makes me want to curl up and 😴. Maybe it’s all the 🌈 or waterfall-speckled fields to explore. Sligachan Glen is the starting point for serious climbers bagging munros (a fun new word for mountains) but there’s plenty of lowland boggy areas filled with ponds and views of the Cuillin, if the clouds part, for any skill level.
