✔ How should the customer be greeted and spoken to?.
2. Customer looks around or makes inquiries. A. If customer is in need of the product & price is fair, they buy immediately.
B. If it's a want, the customer may need a little more persuasion.
C. Customer is not ready to buy.

✔ If customer doesn't sound in dire need, what do you do?... Assess the customer/page to have an idea of style, taste, interest, etc. Speak to them in that language and offer product/service accordingly. ✔ If customer is not ready to buy, what do you do? Do you get their contact and alert them when their kind of interest arrives? How do u basically keep in touch?.

I will never shop here again @childrensplace , I will never allow anyone to buy my children clothes from here ever again. My daughter was gifted these jeans right size except they are super skinny which means they wont go past her thighs. Tags still on (no receipt), but just want a regualr fit.....they will not exchange only let you go up and down a size but with the same fit....my daughter will never get in super skinny no matter the size, store had me call customer support....guess what, I'm sorry the best we can do is a 25% off coupon. So I'm stuck with a pair of jeans. Horrible policy at a kid store!
