Festa de final do ano Illustris!!! 😍
Foi dentro desse box que me encontrei, aqui me sinto feliz... Obrigada Crossfit ILLUSTRIS!!!
FAMÍLIA ILLUSTRIS!!! 🤟🏻
CrossFit, Inc. and CrossFit No Shelter Victorious at Trial
CrossFit, Inc. and its affiliate, CrossFit No Shelter, just won a full defense verdict after a five-day jury trial in St. Louis, Missouri. The plaintiff claimed that she was injured during her first CrossFit class, which involved a 55lb. deadlift. During trial, the plaintiff tried to prove that CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and affiliate owner Tom Jones was negligent in instructing her on the deadlift. The plaintiff also claimed that CrossFit’s Level 1 Training Seminar does not adequately prepare someone to coach and that CrossFit, Inc. does not do enough to supervise affiliates. The jury categorically rejected all of these claims. Even the plaintiff’s own friend and co-worker (who invited the plaintiff to attend the class and who was a member of the affiliate) offered testimony against the plaintiff and defended her coach, testifying that Tom did everything right.
CrossFit No Shelter is insured by the CrossFit Risk Retention Group (RRG) which aggressively defends affiliates and the good reputation of its coaches such as Tom Jones.

*deep thoughts with mark*
If you’re going to be eating more than normal around the holidays, you could focus on using the extra energy to build muscle instead of: A) sitting around doing nothing or B) trying (with futility) to just burn off the excess with guilt cardio.
This would require a bit of a longer term view of progress and not an “OMG I’ve got to do something about this now these pants have never been so tight!!!!” mentality.
Anywoo, just a thought. 🤷♂️
