Sunday's unseasonably "warm" 43° weather afforded me the opportunity to smoke - along with that Larutan mini - a Protocol C.I.A. corona. The rustic smoke turned out to be the perfect companion to my outdoor winter patio session.
PROTOCOL C.I.A. CORONA
Can't find much online about the WRAPPER/BINDER/FILLER online, will have to ask @protocol_cigars_juan... 🤔
BODY: Medium-ish with smooth, easy smoke production
STRENGTH: Medium, with an even, effective buzz factor
FLAVOR: Medium-Full with loads of black pepper, even undertones of earth and an essence of dark chocolate
THE SMOKE: Dry, smooth pull. Sturdy ash and solid burn. Surprisingly easy smoke despite it's full, hearty flavor notes.
PAIR WITH: I had this Cab/Merlot blend on hand that just so happened to be the PERFECT pairing. It's earthy, medium, dank profile with deep fruit accents accentuated some of my favorite things about the cigar.
PS - The Protocol C.I.A. Corona is one of 8 awesome smokes I'm giving away for my 1k Follower Appreciation Giveaway ending tomorrow (see previous posts)!
