Hallo meine Lieben,

Hello! My name is Alec Woods, and i am a 17 year old student/equestrian. I originally come from Britain, but moved to Jorvik a few years back! —————
I currently live with my mother, and own two beautiful ponies. One of our ponies is on the verge of retirement, his name is Fletcher. Fletcher is a 14.3hh, Connemara gelding. He is 16 years old, and has arthritis in his hocks. It not very nice, watching your horse like this, but it’s something everyone goes through.
Our other horses name is Bear! Bear is a Connemara x Welsh B mare. She is 15hh and is very energetic. Bear is a showpony, and has recently been getting into cross country, as well as her normal event of showjumping. This girly is a been there done that kind of pony and i love her very much.
So today I though that it would be a great idea to take Fire out on a hack around Moorland. When we arrived I unloaded her from the trailer and got the tack out of the trailer. Heading towards the stables Fire spotted something that made her nervous about being around the new stables. At first I thought she was just nervous because she hasn’t been here before but as I was putting her tack on I had feeling something strange was going on. It was extremely quiet at the stables which is very unusual considering Moorland is quite popular around 3:30ish. I carried on tacking up Fire and just pretended that everything was fine but deep down I know something wasn’t right! Once I had finally putting on the western saddle, I put my hat on and mounted up. I decided that it would be a good idea to go into some of the woodlands around Moorland so that Fire can have a good look at everything around her. We reached this lovely spot that had tons of flowers and loads of grass that Fire could munch on! We had a great time but I’m still unsure about what is going on in Moorland. Who knows? Is this a mystery that needs to be solved?? -Beth💕
