Good morning instafam! Currently finishing up some commissions so I have nothing new to post. So I'm posting this lighting study I did a month ago of @juanita_jcv there wasn't a huge emphasis on likeness as I was more concerned with getting the value and color, which is a weakness of mine. Overall, think it turned out decently. What do you guys think? Is it working? If so, feel free to like, share, or comment. SN : offering a 25% discount on full body portraits today only. Tomorrow will be 12 weeks difference between these two photos. I stumbled across the change in them today and am so glad I did 🤗 I think it’s important to take pictures to look back and see where you’ve been! The photo on the left I can say I felt like a baby bird, fresh with new opportunity at my doorstep to grow and evolve. Compare it to the photo on the right from this morning and I’m feeling like a mutha fuckin hawk 🦅 I know where I’m heading and I keep zeroing in on my target. I continue to get stronger and more clearly defined. And here’s the kicker...I still have 44 weeks till I get on stage🤩 but that also doesn’t mean that I’ll stop there.
Too many people sell themselves short by buying in to clever marketing and expecting to be something unrealistic in 12 weeks. They get to the end of their twelve weeks, don’t like what they see because it’s not what they expected, then believe that it’s not possible. They give up too soon. What they don’t realise is that where I’m at now has also had a base of YEARS of training to build upon. Yes my focus has shifted in the past 12 weeks to a very specific goal but there are also many other things that aren’t accounted for which got me to where I was even in the first photo, let alone the comparison. What more people need to realise is that sure, give yourself 12 weeks of CONSISTENCY first, then KEEP GOING for another 12 weeks and another... Of course you can get a transformation in that time, but to keep it and have it be sustainable takes relentless pursuit.
In this short video, we compare the sounds of an original muffler and tail pipe on a 1986 Vanagon (with about 150k miles on it) to our two aftermarket muffler options: 1) the GoWesty stainless steel muffler with GoWesty stainless steel tail pipe and 2) the GoWesty stainless “Shorty” muffler with GoWesty stainless steel tail pipe. All tests were performed on the same vehicle—only the muffler and tail pipe were replaced.

Stop comparing yourself to others that are on a higher level than you .... why people get upset with others that just want to share themselves with YOU is mean just because you aren't where they are in life (YOU chose your own road and decided to take that road in life, so that's on YOU)....look at it as someone caring enough to have YOU be a part of their life, taking YOU as is and wanting you near.... When you are envious, comparing yourself to what they have (physique, looks, education, prosperity, good friends, awesome spouse, ability to articulate well, job...the list goes on) you're now in"competition"unaware. LOOKING for something to be upset about especially in the things you DO have control over but you haven't taken control in this area (you've just made excuses) and the other person has taken control who you're comparing yourself with or simply in the things that do not matter, just makes ya ugly and a hater deep down and then in turn you feel as though you are the one being hated on by the person who has their life together...you should WANT to have people in your life on a higher level than yourself to learn from and grow... compete with yourself; compare YOU today, from yesterday...envy what God gave YOU, compete with & compare YOU to YOU and only YOU...make yourself a better version of YOU, always and you won't have to find a reason to be bitter because YOU haven't leveled up! 😘
