You want to get strong? Do super sets of everything.
You’re struggling with Pull Ups?
Good well then make them harder.
Do a set of bicep curls or lat plate pulls before you do a set of Pull Ups or negatives.
The reason you are struggling is because you are only hitting your primary muscle groups aka biceps and lats but you need to fatigue those muscle and get the hard to reach areas like your brachioradialis and your forearm flexors and extensors.
Then, the next time you do Pull Ups your body will be working as a unit and not relying on just strong biceps and lats to get you above the bar.
Keep it simple. Keep it effective! 💪🎁🔥

Very pleased I managed to climb Arthur’s Seat. Thank you to the husband of the woman who was celebrating her 66th birthday for taking this lovely photo of @tykeinessex and me. It took us about 40 minutes cos we kept stopping to take photos ahem 😉 and it was very windy 🌬 🌬
