This is one of the truly special CLK GTRs, the original CLK GTR SuperSport, “17/25” or chassis #028 which should have VIN 2973971000028. This is the only road car that officially wears the badge “SuperSport” (see images 6 and 9) and is another one of the few cars to feature the 7.3-litre engine which it received from factory. It also features some unique details on the exterior like the unique rear view mirrors. (image 3)
In addition to that it is the only car that was painted red and fitted with a tan interior. The car sports some special and rather interesting interior features like the large screen in the center console. (With the matching remotes on the drivers side) Unfortunately, this unique spec was later repainted to the standard silver paint and fitted with a red leather interior. (images 7 and 8) Furthermore the special interior features appear to be removed.
The car's original owner was Ilyas Galadari from Dubai who owned the car back when it was still red. Following that, it was sold to a swiss owner who eventually shipped it back to HWA where it went through its changes of exterior paint and interior. It was then sold to the U.S. where it was then sold by Maserati Fort Lauderdale, suggesting that the car is still located in the U.S.

Last week @audisport unveiled in the LA Auto Show its new all-electric e-tron GT concept. We had the opportunity to get two hours exclusive access to the car and produced the #eDRENALINE movie (link in bio). Check out my stories for the inspiration / colour palette behind the imagery.
NEW changes our perspective. It sharpens our focus. See the new Audi e-tron GT concept in our movie #eDRENALINE at link in bio.

I have always wanted an NSX ever since I saw one when I was in middle school. Mid engine and sleek design make this such a beautiful car. The bright red paint definitely adds a nice flair to it as well. Love this car ————

This is CLK GTR number “1/25”, being the first road car built and wearing VIN WDB2973971Y000012, essentially being chassis 012 after the 11 race and development cars.
It sports the classic silver with black leather spec and is one of two road cars to feature the larger 7.3-liter engine from factory instead of a later engine upgrade.
It's the only production car to feature the high-mounted post mirrors and a lack of “CLK GTR” badges on the rear panel. Although it is commonly referred to as "SuperSport", it is not to be confused with the original SuperSport.
Chassis 012 was originally sold to the U.S. and then sold to its current owner @bc at the 2012 RM Auction in Monterey for $1,100,000. (also pictured in image 5)
During it's current ownership it has become one of the most seen CLK GTRs throughout the internet and has went through a number of visual modifications including black @hre_wheels seen in image 6 and the rather controversial wrap for @goldrushrally 2018 in image 7.
