When I hear someone say “I used to suffer from anxiety and depression and I can’t believe how much working out has turned things around for me” 🥳🤩 I’m currently hosting a group full of women who want to pay forward what they've learned about healthy living and help others find their version of happy ☀️ the amount of women that talk about the extreme positive change that health and fitness has brought to their lives is beyond inspiring ✨
6 WEEKS OUT
Still training while I’m out of town. Nothing new really, I’m just putting in the work for this upcoming meet. The workouts and cardio have been on point while nutrition has been alright, but it will be better. Let’s go dudebroman!

Would you believe me if I told you 2 months ago 20 push ups would KILL me if I could even do them all? Well it's true! This is the first day of my program that this exercise has come up and honestly... I didn't think I'd be able to do it but look at me go!! So excited to see where my journey leads me! If I can do it why don't you?! Ask me how!! ❤️❤️

Everything is possible. Even the impossible.” — Mary Poppins ☂
I heard someone saying recently that just like a certain magical nanny arrives on Cherry Tree Lane at the moment she is needed the most, so she has come back to all of us at a time in the world when we could all use some hope and a bit of magic.
Decades have gone by since Mary Poppins flew away as the Banks family headed out to fly a kite. And that same kite plays a part in the wind blowing her back to London and another set of Banks children: Michael’s! Michael and his sister Jane are all grown up now and going through a tough time after dealing with a tragic loss.
MARY POPPINS RETURNS is a charming, lovely, lush musical that feels like a film that was made during the Golden Age of Hollywood. It is so wonderful to see a big movie that is family-oriented with a hopeful message, and with a terrific cast. Emily Blunt totally pulls it off; she appears in the movie and IS Mary. I absolutely love her. ❤️ And this is the first thing I’ve seen Ben Whishaw in—he is so heartbreakingly good as Michael.
There’s a lot that will feel familiar to you if you have seen the original, from big dance numbers to scenes with hand-drawn animation. But at the same time, there’s a lot that is fresh and new! Like Lin-Manuel Miranda singing on a bicycle. 🚲 I hope that you enjoy MARY POPPINS RETURNS (out now) as much as my son and I did, and I’d love to hear your thoughts after you’ve seen it. 👍👍
