  • There is something so satisfying about getting my hands in dough, it feels timeless and meaningful. Can you relate? . Even though I typically use a food processor to expedite mixing ingredients and a pasta machine to roll and cut it, you really don't need those fancy tools - it can all be done by hand. The only two truly necessary ingredients to great homemade pasta are a great recipe and high quality eggs. My go to is Simple Truth eggs, which always turn out excellent rich dough, when used in @lidiabastianich'a perfect pasta dough recipe. .   • El helado, una de mis cosas favoritas del mundo mundial 🍧🥄 les dejo ésta receta, antiquísima claro, pero ideal para hacer sin la famosa maquinita heladera; Helado de Miel sin azúcar 🍯🍦 aunque honestamente, es difícil superar el helado que hace mi mamá 👀❤ • INGREDIENTES - 2 tazas de Crema de leche - 1 taza de Leche entera - 1/2 taza de Miel - 3 Yemas • PREPARACIÓN 1.- En una olla, calienta la crema de leche, junto con la leche entera y la miel, casi a punto de hervor. 2.- Separa las yemas (las claras las puedes congelar para darles otro uso en el futuro) y con un batidor de globo manual, comienza a batirlas hasta blanquear. 3.- Vierte la mezcla caliente sobre las yemas, en forma de hilo y sin dejar de batir, para evitar que cuajen. 4.- Vuelve a poner toda la mezcla en la olla, a fuego bajito y sin dejar de revolver porque es fundamental evitar que hierva. La receta con azúcar, alcanza una consistencia tipo crema inglesa, pero en este caso, como no lleva azúcar, la consistencia será más ligera. Yo tarde 10 minutos en hacer este paso. 5.- Deja enfríar a temperatura ambiente y luego refrigera durante toda una noche, para madurar la mezcla. 6.- Finalmente, puedes utilizar una heladera para hacer el helado y fin. En mi caso, yo vertí la mezcla sobre un molde metálico y lo llevé a congelar por 1 hora. Pasado el tiempo, removí lo suficiente para evitar la cristalización. Este paso lo repetí 2 veces más y luego deje congelar por completo hasta alcanzar una textura cremosa y amada🍦🥄

  • 📖 RECETTE DU JOUR 📖 * 🍮 FLAN AUX FRUITS DE LA PASSION ET CHIA. * ✅ INGREDIENTS (pour 1 personne) : * ☑️ 57g de graines de chia blanc. ☑️ 180ml de lait écrémé (ou lait d'amande ou lait de soja ou de lait de coco). ☑️ 1 fruit de la passion (ou plus si vous préférez!). ☑️ 1 cuillère à café d'amandes effilées grillées. ☑️ 1 pincée de noix de coco râpée. * 👩‍🍳 METHODE : * 🔘 Pour réaliser le flan de chia, mélangez les graines de chia et le lait. Mélangez bien et mettez au frigo toute la nuit, pour un délicieux petit déjeuner (par exemple). 🔘 Pour griller les amandes effilées, mettez-les dans une poêle et passez-les au four à 150°C pendant quelques minutes jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient légèrement dorées.
