And I missed it when it was taken away.
So I made sure I had it tracked in on my refeed day! @vettapasta is perfect because it has a decent amount of protein and the carbs aren’t as high as regular pasta.
I made some pesto pasta with peas, baby spinach and pesto topped with parmesan cheese 😋

There's always going to be a time when you looked better than you do now, and if there isn't than there's always going to be a time you've looked at someone else and thought ”i want to look like that one day”.
Truth is. The more you focus on what was the further way you are from what can be!
I hear all the time when people come to work with me at JCF ”i just want to look like I did five years ago”.
My question is always ”well what's stopping you? ”.
Is it time?
•we all have the same hours in a day
Is it knowledge?
• you need to ask questions in order to get answers
Is it nutrition?
• get yourself a coach
Is it how you're training?
• get yourself a coach
Can't afford a coach?
• sure you can. How much money will you save in the long run you can, 👍🏾cut down on those coffees that ”keep you going”,
👍🏾get rid of that pre workout because you always have energy
👍🏾not take time off work because you don't get sick often anymore
👍🏾stop spending money on all these ’gut fixers’ or ’supplements’ which ”make you healthier” because you are healthy!
👍🏾The list doesn't end there!
Everyone at some point needs guidance and help. Hell I sure dud, so I got it.
