Me and my Girl @nikkibentleyy did a great leg day focused on 1 Working Set on Every Exercise... we did what's called "feeler sets" or "warm-up" sets prior but only a few reps to get used to the movement then we loaded a working weight on it and went to war...
You gotta be willing to give it your all into 1 set not focused on anything else but what's at hand... this is how you get the muscle to put on.. you have to challenge yourself to improve if your holding back on sets your not growing period... there is no easy way but hard work you gotta pay the dues.. doesnt have to be 2-3hrs in a gym just has to be intense the whole time.. 45-60 mins of intense sets in weights is enough...
Today's total workout for Hamstrings-- Quads-- and Calves were 10 sets.. that's it took us about 60 mins to complete.. including 1 or 2 feeler sets a exercise but as we got deeper into workout it was only 1 feeler set or sometimes none if felt good to go...
