16 week challenge complete!! do I think I could’ve done better? Yes 100% BUT I’m going to celebrate myself anyway because progress no matter how big or small is worth celebrating! This challenge was my hardest one for sure! What you don’t see in these pics is that I actually got even fatter than my before pics during my challenge and it was such a mental battle to keep pushing through to lose that and more! There were tears, lots of sweat and a few celebrations along the way. If it wasn’t for this challenge I know I’d still be closer to that before pic! I want to thank @eilishthompson and @bodybykiah for the continued support and motivation through this challenge, accountability and encouragement was a huge factor for me this time 💕 Now that this challenge is complete, it’s not time to rest.. I’m smashing out a 20 day shred for Xmas and then I’ll be starting a new 16 week challenge on the first week of Jan and I’m so fucking excited to smash some more goals!! Cant wait for my $200 product voucher and some sick merch for completing this challenge 😍🙌🏼
