  • Any day is a good day when it starts off with toast, especially sweet toast🤗 If you have yet to try frozen berries + yogurt on toast, you are missing out! I woke up this morning and it was all sorts of gloomy, so instead of trekking to the library I decided to make it an at home study day so I could stay in my PJs and study while being comfortable and it was the best decision🤗 I’m hoping to get a small grocery run in today and other than that just taking it easy and studying and may watch some Netflix during breaks as my form of self care. What’s your favorite form of self care? I hope you all find some time to do that today before the long week begins!   • Came to the gym feeling completely unmotivated and told my boyfriend 'I'm freezing my membership after today' because I simply don't find myself wanting to come anymore Left the gym, having pushed myself through a really good #BBSU workout, feeling amazing and so motivated to train hard tomorrow, too. If you're lacking motivation I strongly advise you to at least try to get yourself through a session, because sometimes you've gotta get through it to realise how good it can make you feel. Some people I like to watch/instas I like to scroll through when I'm feeling a bit down are: @uhnonee @aliceliveing @londonpaleogirl I find their accounts never make me feel 'unworthy' (like some accounts can) and I watched Oenone give a fab talk on the positives we can get out of social media and how we can stop comparing ourselves to others on there (though I'd still love her abs, haha)

  • אין כמו דייסה חמה לבקרים קרים🥣 מחממת, מזינה, משביעה וגם משפרת את תנועתיות מערכת העיכול בגלל הריריות שיש בשיבולת שועל🍀 . . טיפ קטן שעוזר לי מאוד להתארגן-לבשל ערב לפני בסיר קטן כמות שמספיקה ל2-3 מנות וככה זה חוסך מלא זמן ונותן לכם ארוחה מעולה כארוחת בוקר או ערב. כמויות ל-3 מנות: 2/3 כוס שיבולת שועל עבה 2/3 כוס שיבולת שועל דקה כוס וחצי מים רותחים כוס חלב אורז/חלב שקדים לבשל 10-15 דקות על אש בינונית תוך כדי ערבוב כל כמה דקות וזה מוכן ברגע שזה הופך למרקם עיסתי והכל רך. לשים חלק מהכמות בצנצנת יפה עם מלא תוספות טעימות. אני שמתי בחלק מהדייסה אבקת אסאי, חלק טבעי עם אוכמניות כחולות, חמאת שקדים ושקדים קצוצים😍 . .
