Are you ready for some cinnamon and sugar goodness?! YES! SNICKERDOODLE Perfection!! And YES, they are gluten free, grain free, and dairy free ✅✅✅. Recipe 👇
•1/4 cup ghee.
•1/4 cup organic palm shortening.
•1 cup sugar.
•1/4 tsp cream of tartar.
•1/4 tsp baking soda.
•1/2 tsp vanilla.
•1 cup almond flour.
•1/2 cup arrowroot flour.
•1/4 cup tapioca flour.
•1/4 cup coconut flour.
•3 T. sugar.
•1 tsp cinnamon.
(Use organic ingredients as much as possible!)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small/medium bowl stir together the almond, arrowroot, tapioca and coconut flours until combined and set aside. In a medium/large bowl beat ghee and shortening until well combined and smooth. Beat in one cup of sugar, cream of tartar, and baking soda. Then beat in egg and vanilla. And lastly, beat in the flour mixture until just combined. Refrigerate dough for 10-15 minutes. Mix the 3 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Using a 1 inch scoop or a tablespoon, scoop out dough and roll in the cinnamon/sugar mixture until coated. Put on cookie sheets and bake for 10 minutes. Leave cookies on the pan after removing from oven for about 5 minutes so they firm up enough to transfer to parchment paper or a cooling wrack. Enjoy!!

3 tbsp. pure maple syrup
2 tbsp. of coconut oil, softened or melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups of almond meal or almond flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
sprinkle of salt
1/2 cups of dried cranberries (or your favorite cookie mix-in)
