It's an antioxidant powerhouse, anti-inflammatory, improves insulin sensitivity, and lowers blood sugar. LITERALLY improves almost every benefit you're looking to achieve with fasting. Plus, it tastes delicious when added to your favorite cup of joe. 👌 . 🍵Add lemon to your green tea . Green tea is very healthy on it's own due to the polyphenols it contains, called catechins. Catechins in tea are tied to reduced risk of cancer, heart attack, and other diseases. However, we only absorb about 20% after digestion. There are two main receptors, CB1 and CB2, or cannabinoid receptor one and two. . Cannabinoids lock themselves to these receptors which can be found all over the human body. Endogenous cannabinoids do this so that the body functions as it’s supposed to, from the immune system to the muscular system. . CB1 is expressed throughout the central nervous system and exists in high concentrations in many regions of the brain. CB2’s greatest area of expression is in the gastrointestinal tract. Cannabinoid receptor two is mainly expressed within the immune system and the peripheral nervous system. . CB1 and CB2 work at their best when they operate together. The receptors have an important role to play in modulating the mood, memory, appetite and the pain felt by the body. When the receptor is linked with a cannabinoid – whether external or endogenous – the receptors are “unlocked” and release a certain effect into the body. . Cannabinoid receptors are used to keep the body in balance so that it operates as it is supposed to – they will release more or less of certain reactions into the body according to the situation.   • Still looking for last minute Christmas gifts? Here is a little homemade recipe that you're going to love! Homemade Whipped Peppermint Body Cream ~ 1 cup shea butter 1/2 cup coconut oil 6 tbsp jojoba oil 20-40 drops peppermint essential oil 1/2 tsp beetroot powder or a few drops of beet color (optional) Directions: Put 1-2 inches of water in a small pot and place over medium-high heat. Put a glass bowl on top of the pot so that the water is just underneath the bowl, but not touching it. Put the shea butter, coconut oil, and jojoba oil in the glass bowl, and let the ingredients fully melt. Stir the mixture occasionally. Once ingredients have melted, turn off the heat and remove the glass bowl from the pot. Let the ingredients partially set so that it feels soft to the touch but solid. You can speed this process up by placing the bowl in the freezer for 20-40 minutes, and then letting it finish setting in the fridge. Whip the ingredients with a hand mixer (or in a stand-alone mixer) until the body butter becomes light and fluffy. While whipping, add the peppermint essential oil and beetroot powder (optional) until it reaches a light pink. Transfer to small glass containers for storage or to give as gifts! Tips and Tricks: You may be tempted to whip your body butter before it’s ready because it’s super fun. Believe me, I get it. However, it’s incredibly important to allow the mixture to partially set before whipping. The mixture must be solid, but soft. This will allow it to have a soft, fluffy texture when whipping. If you let the body butter sit in the fridge too long, simply set it out on the counter and let it come back to room temperature. If the body butter melts or becomes too soft, you can re-whip it to give it a light and fluffy texture.

Three step to lose weight🐥🐾 1 Listen positive affirmation in the morning and don’t listen news in the morning ( because most of the case news aren’t good news) 2 Do 🧘‍♀️ yoga and remove stress from your body. 3 Make green smoothie for yourself. If you wanna eat muffins or cake, it’s totally okay to eat cakes 🍰 but please eat them in the morning with tea or coffee ☕️ (This is a secret between us. Eating cakes or sweets in the morning never make you fat because you can consume the calories easily later. and in my theory cake isn’t the cause of obesity. Cakes are my friends🤗🎂🍓and they always encourage me to work out hard and make me happy as human friends. If you have a time, I also recommend people to bake cakes or muffins by yourself.
