“…from there, a lightning-bolt, sweeping along, obscures the flower of fire as it leaps into the hollows of the worlds. For from there, all things begin to extend wonderful rays down below.” (Fragment 34) #hekate
The cold winter months of PNW never stops us from getting out into nature and literally jumping in! We are working on a project that got put on hold but just wait! This will be one bone chilling experience!
Huge thanks to @tiffencompany for providing the polariser and ND filters used in these photos and to @wetsuit.warehouse for the amazing wetsuit that kept me warm in Oregon’s frigid snow melt.
A cold Saturday kinda deterred us from wanting to do anything other than get some groceries. So we made a blueberry crumble to warm us up.
2.5 Tablespoons AP Flour
2.5 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
Pinch of Salt
3 Tablespoons Oat & Granola Mix
2 Tablespoons Cold Butter
1.5 Cups Blueberries
2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
2 Teaspoons Corn Starch
Mix topping together; refrigerate
Mix blueberries, sugar, and corn starch. Cover with topping mixture
Bake at 350° for approx. 35min (makes 2)
Seeing my reflection, but not feeling real. I go through this continuous pattern where at some point i can’t see and yet at another i see so clearly again. In between those moments there can be anxiety, fear or grief. I’m happy with it, I want to swim within it, let it do its job. Those moments in between are where growth and change can occur.
