  • Ok guys, I’ve been having a few bad days recently🌚 . I feel a bit lost, I’m not feeling too body confident and I’m doing way too much comparing to people around me💆🏼‍♀️ And you know what? That is so O K✌🏼 Honestly, I’m used to being small, and of course I still have days I feel uncomfortable in myself. It’s hard growing, and it’s hard remembering what the goal line is sometimes🤷🏼‍♀️ Not everyday has to be your best, and not everyday will. Keep that chin up beauty, because these days where you’re lost? This is where you grow the most. Je te partage mes exercices avec lesquels j’ai les meilleures sensations au niveau du dos et qui m’ont apporté des résultats 🤫 🔺Chaque exercice est à faire 3 fois avec des répétitions de 12 et penses bien durant la séance à serrer tes omoplates 🔺N’hésites surtout pas à m’envoyer un message privé si tu as des questions ✌🏼 🔺Let’s go 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 🔝🔛✔️ ❌Ci-dessous petit recap avec indications pour l’exécution de la séance ⬇️⬇️⬇️ 1️⃣Rowing unilatéral: Buste parallèle au sol, bas du dos légèrement cambré, un genou posé sur le banc, l’autre fléchit. Maintiens ton équilibre avec ta main libre en la placant sur le banc. Fais 3 séries de 12 répétitions pour CHAQUE bras. 2️⃣Rowing: pieds légèrement espacés(ouverture de hanches), tes mains forment un écart légèrement supérieur à la largeur de tes épaules, jambes fléchies, dos bien droit, stable et légèrement incliné vers l’avant. Attention à bien garder tes coudes à l’intérieur et le long du corps. 3️⃣L’oiseau(élévation latérale buste penché): sur cet exercice mets une charge légère sinon l’exercice risque fortement d’être mal exécuté. Penches toi jusqu’à ce que ton ventre touche tes cuisses, lèves les bras latéralement le plus haut possible. Une légère flexion des coudes est permise si la partie supérieure de tes bras reste dans l’alignement de tes epaules. 4️⃣Tirage poitrine: maintiens la position basse 1 à 2 secondes et laisses la barre remontée doucement. Tends bien tes bras en remontant, dos droit, abdos serrés. Tires la barre jusqu’à hauteur des épaules, coudes en arrière pointés vers l’extérieur. 5️⃣Tirage nuque: penches le buste en avant pour ne pas te taper la tête avec la barre. I know how much you think about me. But here’s what I’m most proud of: you’re finally - and I mean finally - starting to gain full control of your emotions. Imposter syndrome is a bitch. Bullying sucked. Getting called fat and stupid and feeling like absolute sewage day after day was tough. But this year marked the year you committed to a simple mantra: I can do it. Through every day, through every interview, through every rep, through every tough moment, you told yourself: Ok, but I can do it. You finally, truly understand what you’re made of. This is real progress.⁣ ⁣ You are your own boss, remember that. No one can dictate your thoughts unless you allow it.
