  • . سلاااااااامممممم به روی ماهتون خوبید دوستان همراه،دلم براتون حسابی تنگ شده واسه همین بایه پست زودباش ،تندباش وعکسی شبانه خدمت رسیدم.راستی تعطیلات خوش گذشت؟!میزبان بودین یامهمان؟!!!درهرصورت امیدوارم سالی پرازسلامتی پرازموفقیت وپرازعشق درپیش رو داشته باشید. خب بریم سراغ پست امشب #سالاد هستن ایشون، #سالاد_توپی_فرزانه_سوری سالاد توپی یکی از زیباترین و خوشمزه ترین سالادهایی است که به سادگی تهیه وبسیار چشم نوازورنگین کمانی از رنگهاست. 🍃🍀🍃چی لازم داریم؟؟. سیب زمینی شسته و پخته 3 عددمتوسط. کره 30 گرم. نمک و فلفل و سس مایونز2 ق. سیب زمینی هارابکوبید وداخل کاسه ای ریخته وبه ان مایونزو کره آب شده و نمک وفلفل اضافه و مخلوط کنید تا یکدست شده ودرش را ببندید و یک ساعتی در یخچال بگذارید. 🍀🍃🍀موادلازم برای مغز سالاد. ژامبون خرد شده یک لیوان. فلفل دلمه ای خردشده نصف لیوان. خیار شور نگینی نصف لیوان. اماده سازی":👈مواد مغزی را با هم مخلوط کنید. 👈مقداری ازمایه سیب زمینی را در کف دستتان پهن کنید. 👈ومقداری ازمخلوط مغزی رادرداخلش گذاشته واز اطراف سیب زمینی را گرد کنید. 🍃🍀🍃مواد لازم برای تزیین روی سالاد👈کلم سفید ...کلم بنفش....جعفری...هویج.... ریز ساطوری شده یا با دستگاه خرد کنید. 🌸🍃حالا به نوبت هر توپ سیب زمینی رادریکی از سبزیجات بچرخانیدتا تمام سطحش پوشیده شود. 🌸🍃هرچه بافت سبزیجات ریزتر باشدسالاد شما زیباتر خواهدبود. 🌸🍃برای سرودر ظرف مورد نظر کاهو خردشده بریزیدو سالاد توپی را رویش قرار دهید 🌸🍃برای مواد میانی یا مغزی می توانید ذرت و نخود پخته ویاتن ماهی و یا قارچ و تخم مرغ استفاده کنید. 😋😋نوش جان #instagram #banooye_khoshsalighe #khoshpazi #farzane_soori #basaligheha #ashpazi_melal #truecooks #nahareman #beautiful_iran #fidillio #mazzebar #yummy #mmonaee #sofrehkhune #_mazeh_ #فیدیلیو #ashpazi_ba_asatid #ghashog_tala ashpazibato #ashpazi_modern #koja_chi_bokhorim #ایده #سالاد_ توپی #سالادهای_سفره #خوشمزه خونه #آشپزی #شام #سالاد #اولویه #سیب_زمینی @farzane_academy_art
