One thing that I absolutely love about this time of year is that it truly brings out the very best in people. When you least expect it, you can receive generosity and kindness from people that just lift your spirits to the sky, reminding us that there are people out there who think and care about, in times when we almost forget.
Earlier this evening, I was sitting on the couch when I heard someone knocking on the door. I got up to go and greet them, it took me a matter of seconds but when I got to the door they had already left. They left this beautiful cross on our doorstep with a little card. No name, just, "Thinking of you and Merry Christmas." It's people like this that brings a little extra light into the lives of those who often feel entangled in darkness. I really wish I could have thanked them in person. So grateful ❤️🙏🏻 • #HappyHolidays
