P.S.: I believe saying “I miss you” is powerful and it’s something that shouldn’t be misused. If you send an “I miss you text” after seeing this, then have a suggestion or plan in there. Example: I miss you. Let’s get coffee Thursday or I miss you, come workout with me tonight. Just missing someone is cool but I think we should take action too. This applies to friends, romantic, etc. bro to bro it would sound like this: “What’s up bro, it’s been a minute. Let’s chop it up later! I’ll call you tonight” feel free to leave your ideas, comments, thoughts below.

How much have you changed from 2009 to 2019? 🙌 Here is mine, I can't find an old photos n solo ko, with my best friend @genevieve.c.puno, we both single that time...living not the best world rather chasing our dreams. In my early 20's before I have so many dreams, plans in my life...where I want to be or what I wanted to be. Now that I'm grown ups and my age is not visible anymore in the calendar, I still have my dreams but not for me anymore...When I become a Mother my dreams change, now it's more to my Family...to my son. Love you Xien and Mahal Jr Bio 😘😘😘 Well...I want to give credit to my genes and good skincare routine and lastly the happiness that I'm grateful for what I have right now...the love that I received from my Family, the people around me and our creator Papa God, thank you for the life...my unpredictable one.
What a 10th yeeeaaarrsss throwback 😉
If there is one thing I’ve learnt in 24 years of managing, coaching and mentoring, it is that women do not take time for themselves.
They put others first.
And then they end up burnt out or at the very least, exhausted.
Now is a perfect time to think long and hard about yourself and how you can nurture yourself and your needs.
If you were to dig deep into your very core what would you love to do?
What is that desire you have?
That thing you keep putting off.
If you had no restrictions, yours or those you imagine from others or something external, what would you want to do?
Where would you be?
Leave a comment and share your dreams.

According to research conducted in 1985 at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, we have between 12,000 – 30,000 thoughts per day. 80% of our daily thoughts are negative and 95% are the SAME REPETITIVE THOUGHTS AS THE DAY BEFORE What does that mean? Yesterday’s repetitive thoughts brings today’s circumstances. And if you’re experiencing the same circumstances over and over….it’s the words and thoughts that are on repeat that are the cause. WORDS HAVE POWER. Not just in the few moments of meditation alone or the minutes we give our morning and evening affirmations but when we are allowing our words & thoughts to run in any direction in the stretching seconds, minutes and days into weeks, months and years. The desire to live a DIFFERENT LIFE REQUIRES DIFFERENT WORDS. Mental Work is Hard Work. Period. Change Your Thoughts Change Your Life is no longer a catchy hashtag but a roadmap to creating the new reality you’ve been dreaming about. You have just started your program. You were really motivated and pushed yourself through your first fasting week. And then you stepped on the scale and thought „Oh noooo“. Or you are already a little longer in the fasting game, you started off with some great results, it went really well and then you recognized that you don't lose weight anymore.
These are two typical scenarios of people who do bodyfasting.
Did you experience something like this?
We tell you: Just take a deep breath.
This doesn't mean anything, neither that intermittent fasting doesn’t make sense nor it doesn't work for you.
The body usually needs some time in order to adapt to intermittent fasting. Sometimes it takes more than two weeks or even longer until you can measure your first results. Maybe you don't like to hear that but PATIENCE IS KEY.
So what is your first strategy if you recognize that your scale doesn't show the results you hoped for? 💫SHIFT YOUR THINKING - your body weight is just an indicator for your body and shape but nothing more. Your self esteem and self image shouldn't depend on one number, don't you think?
You are so so much more than this. And first and foremost you are on your way to do it differently this time, right? Drop your diet mindset now!
So, if you step on the scale, be aware that your scale shows exactly ONE thing: A number.
I am divine, a manifestation of God, and that is all. You are divine, such a beautiful manifestation of God, and that is all. Whenever we encounter a yoga that's forgotten this simple truth, it's a yoga that's teaching us to be something we're not ❤

18/365 - Today's diffuser blend is 2 oils I love! .
I love seeing the memories shared on Facebook with this 10yr challenge! Have you done yours? .
I must admit I struggled to find any photos of 10yrs earlier where I didn't have an alcoholic beverage lol. I am so glad I fully enjoyed my 20s (not sure my liver did though). All the travel, parties and bad decisions help me appreciate my 30s so much. .
It saddens me to see people share their 10yr challenge and comment on all the things they don't like about their appearance. There is so much more in those 10 yrs than the reflection you see in the mirror! .
So this challenge has inspired my pick for todays diffuser blend.
Siberian Fir is known as the Oil of Ageing & Perspective and Bergamot the Oil of Self- Acceptance.
Aging is a beautiful thing. Not all of us get the privilege! Enjoy the trip down memory lane (i sure did - so many interesting hair cuts lol). Can't wait to see your posts x

Is there anything more beautiful than the wide-eyed wonder of a child? Children don't understand no, they only know joy, playfulness and happiness. They know that is life is here for them and joy is the basis of their existence.
They also believe the world revolves around them and that if they want it, it should magically appear.
I wish more adults would think in such a playful, imaginative and creative way. The basis of our existence IS JOY and playfulness.
I have battled a little bit with allowing my children to make their own way and enjoy life, but safely protect them from too much electronic influence and laziness by not being part of a community. It is a delicate matter to be a conscious parent. Not that I am perfect, because I am certainly not. I yell, I say no, I say things I don't mean and struggle daily with what I should do to be a great parent, not a good one. Love however, is always the answer. I teach my children to participate with dinner, cleaning, taking care of animals and to treat their body with respect by eating vegetables, getting exercise and even drinking green juice. They know how to meditate though they don't do it much. Even though electronics are a daily battle, both my children are loving, kind, respectful and healthy.
Even though they may not get perfect grades, they are loved by their peers and teachers, more importantly, they are happy. That is my only wish, that they are happy.
Children didn't come with handbooks and neither does life.
We are all doing the best that we can.
My only advice to new parents is to be more relaxed, play more and create boundaries that are healthy for everyone.
Just don't say no, give reasoning and explanation and allow children to make choices as often as possible. No matter how old, all humans want freedom.
It is the time, conversations and play with children they remember most, not toys, electronics and things, it's relationships.
Look into their eyes and listen to them, isn't that what we all want?
