Gratitude Week day 3. I recently enjoyed a vicarious trip to Islay via the daily diary blog by @kiltedmoose72 and have been fortunate to get to know Scott at a few events and casual evenings, further discovering how nice a bloke he is. What he didn't share over his blog was that he'd secured this fantastic distillery only (in UK) 10yo cask strength @laphroaig for me while visiting. He's been a long term supporter of my channel, live streams and one of my earliest patrons. He's a great ambassador for the whisky community and a gentleman too. He's been one of many very positive encounters that whisky has afforded me and I always look forward to us sharing a dram. I do wish he'd write a wee bit more, but there's pots and kettles in that statement for sure. Thank you Scott. Thank you whisky. #whiskyfabric#whiskymoose#gratitudeweek

It’s gratitude that draws people together, builds trust and strengthens ties.
We are so very grateful for our community and this space where we can exercise our gratitude muscle everyday!
From the earth beneath us, the persistence within us, and the community that surrounds us, we give thanks. Today and everyday.
Happy Thanksgiving Friends!

Good Morning! Today is a very special day of our Gratitude Week: #Skype Sunday. All customers who place an order over $100 today will have a chance to be one of five lucky people. I will be giving a tour of John’s Crazy Socks to the lucky winners in person or via Skype. For every order placed today we will also donate $1 to the Special Olympics. #spreadinghappiness#Sunday#gratefulforourcustomers#gratitudeweek
This week has been ‘Gratitude Week’ in our company and I am so so glad that I am working alongside people who are so caring and where being active in supporting amazing charities is at the core of their values.
In the UK, the charity we are supporting is the TOY Project, who recycle new and used toys and give them to children in need.
They’ll take the toys and books that are donated and give them to children in hospitals, hospices, schools and to those who have difficult family situations, so that these children have something of their own to bring some joy into their lives.
PASS to PLAY is all about giving up something like your favourite festive coffee shop drink or your Saturday night take-away for a day, week or month and donating the money that you would have spent to the TOY project instead.
After a year packed full of amazing experiences, we already knew we wanted to go minimal for Christmas this year. But, as this is the season all about JOY and GIVING, what better way to do just that, than to donate and gift children with toys to play with at Christmas?! Therefore, Matt and I have decided that instead of getting each other any presents or cards for Christmas this year, we are going to donate the money we would have spent to this incredible cause.
A huge thanks in advance from @monatgratitudeofficial and @the_toy_project for getting involved and donating! Please do comment if you joined in, as I’d really love to know what you PASSED on to PLAY!! 🎁
Hi friends! SUPER LONG POST (like way too long but this is the short version)
As most of you know I started a new venture/shampoo hustle with Monat (yup, I still have my salon). I was approached by a friend and thought it would be such a fun opportunity to share these products with family, friends, and clients. I mean who wouldn’t want clean, plant based, non toxic, paraben free, vegan, Leaping Bunny certified hair products that have been clinically tested to regrow hair?!! 🙋🏻♀️ Yes, this postpartum mama is all about hair growth. ✨
I recently learned that a close friend’s mother, Sherry, was diagnosed with breast cancer. Sherry is literally one of THE funniest people I know and the fact that she (and her fam) is dealing with this breaks my heart.
One thing that Monat asks when you sign up is to have a WHY. I suppose it’s like a mission statement. It’s what drives your enterprise 😉. And if your WHY doesn’t make you cry you’ve got to dig a little deeper. Originally I thought my WHY would be to have some extra cash so I could work less and be with my babies, and although that will prob always be my WHY, Jamie’s mama hit so close to home. Well this WHY makes me cry and if we can join forces, get your hair right, AND help Sherry then we’re in business.
If you live in the Pasadena area you most likely have crossed paths with my friend Jamie. She is one of the sweetest soul’s you’ll ever meet. She worked at Lulu in Old Town for years🧘🏻♀️ (the little and big one) & at my salon 🌴, danced in Disney parades 🏰, is a Soul Cycle regular (catch her riding podium 🚲) and most recently was a spin instructor in Thailand. Well, late last night she flew in from Thailand and is currently en route to be by her mother’s side.🙌🏼✨ The family has a Go Fund Me set up and I’d love to donate 50% of my December commissions to help Sherry kick cancers butt.
And if clean hair products aren’t your jam (I get it) head over to Jamie’s profile @jdancesla and check the link in her bio to donate and help them exceed their goal. #SherryStrong#graditudeweek#monat#beatcancer#cancersucks#letsdothis

Just wanna take a second to introduce you to this guy! I love him!! ❤
He's been by my side. He's held up his end of the deal (always), when it comes to those vows we took.
He loves me. He's my partner, my best friend and I can't imagine being on this journey with anyone else.
I do not want my existence to be defined by my health struggles, but the truth is- it changed me. When I was diagnosed with Crohn's (over 10 years ago), it was depressing and scary. I didn't know what my future, what our future would look like...but this guy...he stuck with me. He has walked this journey with me. He has carried me when I felt like I couldn't go on. He has never discouraged me for my decision to only treat my diagnosis naturally. He has encouraged me. He has made me countless meals, he has done loads upon loads of laundry, he has done lots of dishes, vacuumed numerous floors and cleaned many-a bathroom. ❤
Love is messy and marriage is hard! It doesn't always look like a fairytale and there isn't a lot of soft music and birds chirping in the background. There are tired moods, hangry tempers, laying in bed for days sickness, slamming doors, spoken words that can't be taken back...but there are also plenty of "I love you's and I'm sorry's", there are forehead kisses and dances in the living room, there are vacations and checking items off our bucket list together.
What I'm saying is...no relationship is perfect. We're all just imperfectly messy, people trying to do life the best we can, but there is absolutely no one I'd want to travel the up's & down's with. At the end of the day- no matter what has happened, we come back to each other...and that's what love looks like. ❤

Feeling loved and appreciated is a beautiful feeling....💕 Being told your perfect and that "I love all your goodness my honey" afer 22 years married is what I call very special 💕
If your partner makes you feel "enough" every day, then rejoice.. We have a very blessed life 💕
It is officially Gratitude Week in my company and as always they are doing some pretty exciting and amazing things to support some very worthy charities.
I just went live on my Facebook page about how I have got involved and how you can too!
The cause we are supporting this year is The TOY Project 🎁 which is a charity that fundraises and collects toys for children who have very very little locally and globally.
They take the books and toys that are donated and give them to children in hospitals, hospices, schools and to those who have difficult family situations so that these children have something of their own and it brings a bit of joy to their lives.
PASS to PLAY is about giving something up like your morning coffee or a night out this week and donating the money you would have spent to the TOY Project so that a child can have something to play with this Christmas.
I have passed on Saturday night’s Deliveroo and will be donating that money instead.
Thank you in advance on behalf of @monatgratitudeofficial and @the_toy_project for getting involved and please let me know in the comments on Facebook what you PASSED on to PLAY.
Tonight my heart is full! We had the honour of hosting a Christmas party as a team for the residents of Wings of Providence, a shelter for women and children who are victims of abuse, and bringing so much joy to so many families in need.
We had several gifts for every family, lots of crafts, a hot chocolate bar, cookie decorating, a food truck, Santa Photos, and over all, just joy, and love for these families who have been through so much.
I didn't know this place even existed before we chose it for our Gratitude Week event. While I am grateful that I have never been in a situation where I needed such a place, I'm also thankful that it exists for those that do need it.
I am also extremely grateful and thankful to be able to giveback this season. 💜
This month, and every month, I encourage each one of you, to give back, in anyway you are able. Whether you make a donation to your favourite cause, help out at a shelter, buy a lunch for someone in the street, or just show a stranger kindness and love - be the light in this world. Be the difference.
Show your Gratitude 💗
Lewie and I are making a Christmas treat list and we have our old reliables but we need some new ones. Every year we make tons of treats for close family and friends. Peanut brittle, sugar cookies and rolo pretzel reindeers are on the list so far.
What are some Christmas treats that you can’t go without? We have a lot of people on our list so the more ideas the better.
This week my team and I are partnering together to give back to our local communities. Yesterday I spent the day empowering local high school students. It was so fun to share how I have created my own niche, perused my dreams, and grown a beauty and photography brand. We talked about bringing the best out in people and making them feel great. I can’t wait to see what these students create for their future! Thank you Robyn Stellhorn for continuing to invite me in to your classroom. It’s an honor!! Our community is blessed to have amazing teachers like you! .
It’s MONAT #GratitudeWeek!
This week we challenge you do to something kind for those around you. Whether you #payitforward by paying for someone’s coffee ☕️ in line, or volunteer a few hours on the weekend at a local Salvation Army or soup kitchen👩🍳; it’s a time to be grateful for what we have and show kindness to those around us. .
Be sure to follow @monatgratitudeofficial for inspiration and ideas on other ways to help! 🤗💙

MONAT #GratitudeWeek starts TODAY! And we are launching our first “Pass it on challenge” (Think of it as the Iced bucket challenge, but our own MONAT version) to fundraise for The Toy Project, our charity partner.
Here’s how it works! • Think of something you can pass on (for instance, you would had bought a coffee but don’t reaaaally need it, so donate the £2 to Gratitude instead! Do you really need to take the bus home? Or could walk instead today?) • Here is the link to donate: https//:www.justgiving.com/fundraising/monatuk Take a screenshot of your donations and post on Facebook/Instagram with a short video or picture explaining what you passed on and saying who you nominate to do the same! • Nominate one or several people to do the same by mentioning and tagging them in your post!
I passed on a drink/cookie at the hospital cafe today! @rlmonatuk I nominate you next! 😘
It’s gratitude week @monatofficial and we are saying happy birthday to this girl today. We are so grateful, it’s been one whole year since we picked up this beauty that Monat pays us to have because we work hard every single day at this job we love. I say we because I do this with three little boys most of time right there next to me. .
We are so grateful for this opportunity that has given us the chance to have better and to show others that there is more out there and your dreams are worth chasing. .
Never when I started this business did I think I would be driving around in a Caddie. I bet your thinking the same thing. Well guess what. I’m hear to tell you that you can too if you want it bad enough. It takes hard work, dedication and consistency. But you can do it! You can sit with us! Even the boys are excited! They know how important Monat is to us.
Thank you again @monatofficial for this amazing opportunity that you so graciously have given all of us. @monatgratitudeofficial

🎄DECEMBER is finally here 😍
I honestly wasn’t excited about this month, considering it’s a very sentimental and hard time for my family. But I woke up this morning to the most amazing gift from my company 🎁 they seriously have outdone themselves 😭
They have gifted me the ability to GIVE BACK in a way like never before ❤️ The lord knows my biggest dream, is to help women break past their self limiting beliefs and become their own boss 👏🏼 & this month I will be able to do that for so many more women!!! 💕
If you’ve been creepin on my haircare business journey, then we need to talk. $49 to get started this month. I REPEAT FORTY NINE DOLLARS to start your own business and get the best hair of your life 💁🏼♀️ Lets go into the new year with better looking hair and bank accounts.
Tis the season of gratitude, and of giving.
This year for Gratitude Week, we are giving back to WINGS. WINGS is a non-profit organization that supports women and children who have experienced domestic violence.
Many of these families left their abusive situation quickly and with no more than the clothes on their back, which is where WINGS comes in.
With the help and support of our Monat Corporate Team, we are organizing a full blown Christmas Party for the families living at the WINGS shelter, and we need your help!
We are planning crafts, Santa pictures, great food, and music to give these families a little more joy this Christmas Season and we are collecting monetary donations, to make sure every woman and child has a little something to open this year.
If you would consider donating, we can show these families love and support when they need it the most.

Donations can be made here:
We thank you in advance for your kind contribution. ❤️❤️ Every dollar helps.
GRATITUDE WEEK | Transform With Peaches⠀
Acceptance. The state of being open and receptive at the intellectual and heart level so that whatever arises is welcomed and appreciated. Acceptance is truly welcoming something into your being as a friend would invite another friend into his heart, with arms wide open– owning every moment of the experience. Accepting is different from tolerating, which is more like allowing something to enter your space rather than inviting it in. Do you see the subtle difference?⠀
Forgiveness. When we forgive, we free ourselves from the ties that bind us to the one that hurt us. Yet, how can we forgive others if are not willing to forgive ourselves first? How can we open our hearts to others if they are closed off to ourselves? We must open ourselves to self-forgiveness, so we can then forgive others. If we can’t forgive ourselves, can we really authentically forgive others? If we do not believe we are worthy, how in the world could someone else be worthy?⠀
Gratitude. I am not always so graceful or so easy, but my morning gratitude practice starts me off on a sweet, forgiving, compassionate, grateful path. And when I find myself in grievance mode…gratitude brings me back to the present moment. And then it’s up to me to stay on course or find my way back when I’ve strayed throughout the day.⠀
Compassion. True compassion is the ability to be sympathetic, empathetic, as well as having the desire to alleviate another’s pain and suffering. Beyond living life at the level of “Do unto others as you would have others do unto you”, compassion looks to heal others even in instances when you would not heal yourself. There are many people we like, even love, yet the depth of our compassion for them is shallow. Perhaps fear, jealousy, resentment, guilt, or anger colour our perspective and each carries with it a certain attachment that prevents true compassion. Imagine if our compassion could transcend our relationships and the attachment we have to them – pure sympathy, pure empathy, and pure desire to help others heal.⠀
Hello, Everybody. John here. I just want to say thank you for making Cyber Monday Madness such a big success! For every order placed today, we donated $1 to the Special Olympics. As you may know, many of my colleagues and I are Special Olympic athletes so this organization is near and dear to us. My experience with the Special Olympics have helped me grow into the man I am today, so anytime we can give back to them or any of our charity partners, we are fulfilling our mission.
This time last year @daniellebisutti and I were all smiles while camera’s weren’t rolling... not so much between action and cut 🙊 on #NannyKiller!
Over this past Thanksgiving weekend, I’ve been feeling so much gratitude for all of you who have watch and reached out over the past few months. I love you all and thank you again for watching ❤️
