Love this photo of Korean Hangari 항아리 (clay jars) covered in snow. Korean moms keep their Doenjang, Gochujang, Ganjang and other various fermented foods like Jangahjji in these jars. Also salt is often aged in these beautiful vessels. .

I've been following him and have been wanting to visit his wonderful botanical garden (식물원) in Seochon 서천, Korea.He also brews his own beer and roasts his own coffee.
